JUDGMENT:

There is no representation on behalf of the appellant on

several adjournments i.e., on 07.01.2021, 04.02.2021 and

11.02.2021. Hence, it is posted to today under the caption 'for

dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter is called through

video conference, there is no representation on behalf of the

appellant.

Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There

shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any,

pending in the Second Appeal shall stand closed.
