JUDGMENT:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the

notice of this Court that a letter dated 27.01.2021 was addressed

to the Registry by the learned counsel for the appellant stating that

he was instructed by the appellant-insurance company to

withdraw the appeal. Referring to the contents of his letter

permission is sought for withdrawal.

Permission as sought is accorded.

Accordingly, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as

to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in

consequence.
