Respondents/Plaintiff's Appeal Under Section 96 of CPC against to set aside the decree and judgment dated 21.8.2047 O.S.No.135 of 2044 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Puttur. IA NO: 1 OF 2017 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the decree and Judgment dated 21-8-2017 passed in OS No.135/2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Puttur, pending disposal of AS 1063 of 2017, on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of GP for Appeals (AP) Advocate for the Petitioners, and Sri M N Narasimha Reddy Advocate for the Respondents and the Court made the following. ORDER:
"Heard Sri G. Raj Kumar, learned Government Pleader for Appeals and Sri A.S.S. Reddy, learned counsel for Sri G. Ramachandra Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents.
It is represented by learned Government Pleader that the trial court is rushing with the execution petition filed by the respondent. Nos.2 and 3 on the premise that they have violated the decree under appeal and on the ground that they did not consider to issue pattadar pass book.

ground that his Senior would appear in this matter.
List this matter on 02.03.2021.
Till then, there shall be an interim Stay of all further proceedings including
