JUDGMENT:

Sri E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant

requests permission to withdraw this appeal stating that the matter is

settled outside the Court.

2. In view of this representation, necessary permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn being

adjusted outside the Court. No costs.

4. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
