                 SECOND APPEAL NO.612 of 2016

JUDGMENT :

No representation for the appellant, when the matter is

called today through video conference. On the earlier occasions

also i.e., on 20.01.2021, 03.02.2021 and 03.02.2021 there was no

representation for the appellant when the matter was called inspite

of posting the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Hence, the

Second appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as

to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending

in the Second Appeal, shall stand closed.
