stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay
the operation of judgment and decree dt. 31.8.2020 passed in OS.No. 115/2011
on the file of Principal District Judge, Nellore, including proceedings in EP.No.
869/2020 pending disposal of A.S. No. 288 of 2020 on the file of High Court.
The Court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to
show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the
following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of

"Heard both the counsel.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and
considering the submissions, there shall be interim suspension of the
Judgment and decree dated 31.08.2020 passed in OS No.115 of 2011
on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Nellore including
the Proceedings in EP No.869 of 2020 on condition that the petitioner
shall deposit the costs imposed within two weeks from today. It is
made clear that if the order is not complied with within the time
stipulated, the order shall stand vacated automatically.
