Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in
the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the Judgment and
Decree dated. 22-05-2020 passed in OS.No. 47 of 2011 on the file of the XIII Additional
District Judge, Vijayawada, including the execution petition, pending disposal of
AS.No. 265/2020 on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
affidavit filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated. 22-10-2020, 17-11-2020,
02-12-2020 and 18.01.2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of
Sri Raviteja Padiri, Advocate for the Petitioner. The Court while directing issue of
Fresh notice to Respondents No. 1 and 4 herein to show cause as to why this
application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of
this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).
