and the consequential Notice in Form-ll, dt 23-01-2012 under Sec 11 (1) of the AP
escheats and Bona Vacantia Act issued by by the respondent No.1, pending disposal of
WP No. 3319 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show
Cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following
order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case),

ORDER:

The matter was heard on 11.02.2021 and adjourned at the request of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for securing instructions in the matter.

Time is again sought by the learned Assistant Government Pleader as no instructions were received by him.

However, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the 1° respondent has no jurisdiction in the matter and perusing the judgment of learned Single Judge reported in 2014(1) Alt 381, there shall be interim Suspension as prayed for.
