                SECOND APPEAL No.548 OF 2017

JUDGMENT:

No representation, when the matter is called today through

video conference, for the appellants. It is also noticed that on the

earlier occasions i.e., on 07.01.2021, 28.01.2021 and 04.02.2021

there were no representations when the matter was called inspite

of posting the matter under the caption for dismissal.

Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There

shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
