Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to order stay of operation of Decree
and Judgment, Dt. 30.01.2019 passed in AS No. 20 of 2016 on the file of the court of
Ill Addl. District Judge, Rajampet, pending disposal of SA No. 212 of 2019, on the file
of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed
herein, and Orders of High Court dated 19-07-2019, 09-08-2019, 06-09-2019, 28-09-
2019 and 07.01.2021 made herein, and upon hearing the arguments of
Smt. Nimmagadda Revathi, Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made the following

ORDER :-

"The appellants counsel is directed to serve copies on Government Pleader
for appearance for the respondents 3 to 5 and the appellant's counsel is
permitted to take out fresh notice to respondent due and file proof of service
within two (2) weeks."

Interim order granted by this Court earlier is extended by another four (4)
weeks from today. .

Post after three (3) weeks.
