"Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited 20% of the compensation amount before the trial Court and he filed the copy of receipt to that effect.
The sentence of imprisonment against the petitione accused passed in judgment dated 03.02.2021 in Criminal Appeal No.395 of 2019 on the file of VIII Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court for the trial of Offences against Women, Nellore confirming the conviction passed in judgment dated 27.11.2019 in C.C.No.1117 of 2017 on the file of V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioner surrenderring before the V Additional Judicial Magistrate--
