JUDGMENT: (per UDPR,J)

When the matter is taken up for hearing today through Video

Conference, learned counsel for appellant Sri S.Ramana representing

on behalf of Sri O.Manohar Reddy, submits that the C.M.A may be

dismissed as it is a case of repeated registration of the same subject

matter.

In that view, this C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications, if any pending, shall

stand closed.
