Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further
proceedings in pursuance of the judgment and decree dt.19-03-2020 in O.S.No.28/
2015 on the file of the Court of the VI Additional District Judge, Markapur, Prakasam
District, Andhra Pradesh, pending disposal of AS No. 320 of 2020, on the file of the
High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the Order of the High Court dated
22.12.2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s Rolla
Madhavi, Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"Issue fresh notice upon the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to take out fresh personal notice upon the respondent as well as the learned counsel appearing on his behalf before the trail Court by Registered Post with Acknowledgment due and file proof of service.
