Mr. L.V.S. Nagaraju, learned counsel for the appellant, has

addressed letter to the Registry for withdrawal of the Writ Appeal.

Mr. G. Simhadri, learned counsel, appears and submits that he

has been instructed by Mr. L.V.S. Nagaraju to make submission

before the Court to permit him to withdraw the Writ Appeal.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Appeal is dismissed

on withdrawal.
