2019, on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Allagadda, Kurnool District conforming the
judgment and decree dated. 04-09-2018, made in O.S.No.84 of 2013, on the file of the Senior
Civil Judge, Allagadda, Kurnool District.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in
support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim stay of all further
proceedings against the judgment and decree dated 03-03-2020 made in A.S.No. 33 of 2019, on
the file of V Additional District Judge, Allagadda, pending disposal of the second appeal in the
interest of justice, pending disposal of SA 305 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in
support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated 04.01.2021 made herein and upon
hearing the arguments of Sri Challa Sivasankar, Advocate for the Appellant, and the Court made
the following:

ORDER

"None appears for the respondent.

Interim order granted earlier by this Court on 04.01.2021 is extended by another six (6) weeks.

Post the matter on 23.03.2021."
