ORDER:-

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, while filing a copy of

the common judgment, dated 10-12-2021 in W.A.No.1145 of 2017 and

W.P.No.6855 of 2012 and batch passed by a Division Bench of this court,

Sri Andapalli Sanjeev Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner would

submit that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said

common judgment. The learned Government Pleader for Education reported

no objection.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of in

terms of the common judgment, dated 10-12-2021 in W.A.No.1145 of 2017

and W.P.No.6855 of 2012 and batch.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in

consequence.
