Petition under Section 389(1) of Cr.P.C., praying that in the
circumstances stated in the grounds filed in the Criminal Appeal and affidavit
filed in support of the present application, the High Court may be pleased to
release the petitioner on bail in Crl.A.No. 2100 of 2018 before this Hon'ble
Court which filed against the judgment passed in $.C.No. 330 of 2012 by the
Court of the Special Judge for Trial of Cases under Scheduled Castes &
Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989-cum-IV Additional District
and Sessions Judge, Guntur, Guntur District, dated 09-02-2018, pending
disposal of the above Criminal Appeal No. 2100 of 2018 on the file of the High
Court.
The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the

ORDER :-
"Having regard to the health condition, which according to the
learned counsel for the petitioner is serious in nature, the Jain
Superintendent shall produce him before the Superintendent, Government
General Hospital, Rajahmundry, who shall examine him and place on record
a report showing his health condition by next date of listing.
List on 30.12.2021.
Registry to communicate a copy of this order to the Superintendent,
Central Prison, Rajahmundry." '
