             WRIT PETITION No.30373 of 2021

ORDER:

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the

respondents to release amounts Rs.3,63,325/- payable to the

petitioner on account of the works executed by the petitioner

i.e., Construction Anganwadi Building at Pentrala Village of

Lingasamudram Mandal, Prakasam District.

2. In view of the judgments of this Court in W.P.No.26794 of

2021 and batch, dated 02.12.2021, this Writ Petition is disposed

of, in terms of the said judgments, directing the respondents to

pay principal amount of the bill raised by the petitioner within a

period of four weeks and leaving it open to the writ petitioner to

review/raise/agitate to his rights with regard to the interest on

these amounts after the disposal of the writ appeals pending

before the Court. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending

shall stand closed.
