ORDER:

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the

respondents to release amounts payable to the petitioner on

account of the works executed by the petitioner in connection

with Agreement No.-/2018-19, dated 17.06.2018, Agreement

No.-/2018-19, dated 17.06.2018 and Agreement No.-/2018-19,

dated 17.06.2018 for providing CC Road from BC Locality in

Mojarmpadu of Machavaram Mandal; providing CC Road from

Reddimasu Sambaiah H to K Sundara Rao H in Mojarmpadu of

Machavaram Mandal and providing CC Road from Madala

Venkateswarlu H to Jakka Naresh H in Mojarmpadu of

Machavaram Mandal under DMFT (2018-19) convergence funds.

2. In view of the judgments of this Court in W.P.No.26794 of

2021 and batch, dated 02.12.2021, this Writ Petition is disposed

of, in terms of the said judgments, directing the respondents to

pay principal amount of the bill raised by the petitioner within a

period of four weeks and leaving it open to the writ petitioner to

review/raise/agitate to his rights with regard to the interest on

these amounts after the disposal of the writ appeals pending

before the Court. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
