                  the respondents 4 to 28 in insisting to take license and

to pay market fee on "SEEDS", produced and marketed by the petitioner Company as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when similar Writ Petition came up for hearing, as there are conflicting judgments, learned single Judge of this Court in WP No.3638 of 2006 passed an order of reference to place the matters before a Division Bench.

In view of the same, post this Writ Petition along with WP No.3638 of 2006.
