The sentence of imprisonment alone imposed against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.109 of 2017 on the file of XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalle, by judgment dated 09.09.2019 and confirmed by the judgment dated 12.11.2021 in Crl.A.No.80 of 2019 on the file of X Additional Sessions Court, Visakhapatnam at Anakapalle, is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioner surrenderring before learned XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalle, and on such surrender, petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned learned XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalle.

Petitioner shall deposit 20% of the cheque amount before the trial Court within four weeks from today.
