This writ appeal is preferred against the order dated 29.07.2021
passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.11057 of 2021.
In the course of hearing, Mr. R.V. Mallikarjuna Rao, learned standing
counsel for the appellant, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ
appeal with liberty to the appellant to file a fresh appeal if the occasion so
warrants after the selection process is completed.
Mr. Y. Balaji, learned counsel for respondent No.1/writ petitioner, has
no objection.
Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty
as prayed for. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall
stand closed.
