JUDGMENT:

Ms. Kalpana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri C. Subodh,

learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the appellant has

instructed them to withdraw the appeal and seeks leave to withdraw the

appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be

no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,

shall stand closed.
