JUDGMENT:

Sri K.J.V.N. Pundareekakshudu, learned counsel appearing for the

appellants submits that the matter has been settled out of the Court and

seeks to withdraw the appeal.

A letter dated 08.12.2021 to that effect has also been filed into the

Court.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be

no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,

shall stand closed.
