Pursuant to the Order/ Judgment, dated
03rd September, 2021, a report of the District
Probation Officer, Kadapa, has been called for.
The District Probation Officer, Kadapa,
submitted a report to the Registry after causing
due enquiry. The operative portion of the said
report reads as under:
"This is for submission of the facts for the Hon'ble A.P. High Court for taking necessary action in this matter. Pleading for mercy and possible help. He got fixed place of abode and interested family members. The sureties are also available to stand as surety for his future good behavior. Neighbors gave positive report about his character and antecedents.
In view of the above, I submit that though he had committed an offence it was 1st offence. Hence he may be given the benefit of P.O. Act. Therefore, he may be released on probation of good conduct under Section 4(1) and kept under supervision for a period of three years under Section 4(3) of P.O. Act, 1958."
In view of the report of the District
Probation Officer, Kadapa, the accused shall be
released on good conduct in terms of Section
4(1) of the P.O. Act, on condition of his
executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one local
surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the
District Probation Officer, Kadapa District, for
maintaining good behavior for a period of one
[01] year.
