                    Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner
              as also learned Senior Counsel for Tirumala Tirupathi
              Devasthanams.

                    It is brought to the notice of this Court that in
              similar circumstances, interim orders were granted in
              Writ Petition No.26049 of 2021.                  Though learned
              Senior Counsel appearing for T.T.D., opposed granting
              of any interim orders, this Court is inclined to grant
              similar orders.

                    Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the
              respondents to follow the Judgment of the Hon'ble

Supreme Court in State of Punjab vs. Jagjit Singh, (2017) 1 SCC 148, if the petitioner fulfils all the requirements therein for minimum time scale. Further, status quo with regard to service of the petitioner shall also be preserved in view of long service being rendered by the petitioner.

Office is directed to print the name of Ms.C.Sindhu Kumari in place of Mr.A.Sumanth.
