appellant to Smt. T.V.Sri Devi, learned counsel for the appellant,

instructing her to withdraw the appeal, learned counsel filed a

memo, dated 27.8.2021, seeking permission of this Court to

withdraw the Appeal Suit.


2.    The same is not objected to by Sri A.K.Kishore Reddy,

learned counsel for respondent Nos.8 and 9.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Appeal Suit

shall stand closed.
