A.S.No. 69 of 2019 by the District Court at Ananthapuramu, pending
disposal of S.A.No.424 of 2021 an the file of the High Court.

The Court while directing issue of notice to the Respondent herein to
show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made

receipt of notice in the case) .
