1. Whether the first appellate Court went wrong in identifying the parties to Ex.B1 transaction with that of Exs.A.21 and A.25 and went wrong in deciding that they are not one and the same as held by trial Court which went to the root of the matter in reversing the judgment of trial Court erroneously?
2. Whether the first appellate Court went wrong in holding that the suit is barred by limitation by applying Article 113 of the Limitation Act, 1963 rather than Article 65 of the Limitation Act, 1963?
3. Whether the first appellate Court went wrong in holding that the plea of adverse possession not available to the appellant?
