The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner/accused in judgment dated 06.08.2021 in Criminal Appeal No.6 of 2018 on the file of learned Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act -cum-VI Additional Sessions Judge, Kurnool, confirming the conviction and sentence passed in judgment dated 14.12.2017 passed in C.C.No.38 of 2017 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class Special Mobile Court, Kurnool, alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioner surrenderring before learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class Special Mobile Court, Kurnool and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class Special Mobile Court, Kurnool.
