               against the judgment assailed in this appeal is posted

               respondent is served with notice and Sri K. Manmadha

Rao filed Vakalat for him. He requests to post this case before the Division Bench where the connected A.S.No.205 of 2020 which arose out of the same judgment is pending for consideration.

Registry to take necessary steps for posting of this case along with A.S.No.205 of 2020 which is pending for consideration before the Division Bench after obtaining necessary orders from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
