                           The following are the substantial questions of
                   law.
                      1. Whether the decree and judgment in O.S.No.165
                           of 1999 operates as legal bar in terms of Order-9,
                           Rule-9 CPC?
                      2. Whether the suit O.S.No.96 of 2009 is barred by
                           limitation to enforce right against the defendants
                           in as much as the defendants are enjoying the
                           suit    schedule    property   openly    and   to   the
                           knowledge of the plaintiffs from the date of
                           Ex.B1 i.e. 20.11.1981?
                      3. Whether the lower appellate court is justified to
                           grant a decree for declaration of title when the
                           court    below     is not   inclined    to   grant any
                           consequential relief in view of legal bar under the
                           proviso to Section 34 of the Specific Relief Act,
                           1963?
