                                           W.A.No.514 of 2021
Heard Mr. P. Durga Prasad, learned standing counsel for the
                   appellant.
Also heard Mr. A. Rajendra Babu, learned counsel appearing for
respondent Nos.1 to 18 and Mr. K. Narsi Reddy, learned

Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings and Transport for respondent No.19.

W.A.No.441 of 2021 arising out the same common judgment and order had already been admitted on 06.08.2021. Admit the appeal.

No formal steps are called for with regard to respondent Nos.1 to 18 and 19 as they are duly represented. However, extra copies be furnished.

Registry will list this case in the month of November, 2021 along with W.A.No.441 of 2021.

I.A.No.1 of 2021 This application is filed seeking suspension of the order under appeal.

The writ petitioners had retired and they prayed for reinstatement into service until they attain the age of 60 years. By the order under appeal, the learned single Judge allowed the prayer made by the writ petitioners and directed the appellant to reinstate the writ petitioners into service, if they are below the age of 60 years.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we deem it appropriate to suspend the order of the learned single Judge.

Accordingly, the order under appeal insofar as it relates to W.P.No.20277 of 2019 is suspended till disposal of the appeal.
