APPEAL SUIT NO.437 OF 2013

JUDGMENT:-

Counsel of both sides are present.

It is submitted by Sri Dilip Jayaram, learned counsel, who

appeared on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant that

a letter was addressed to the Registry on 12-07-2021 to list the

case under the caption "for withdrawal", in view of the

settlement of dispute between the parties.

Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the

counsel for the appellant by Sri Dilip Jayaram, learned counsel,

the Appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall stand

closed in consequence.
