1. Whether the Courts below are right in not properly framing the point for consideration as required under Order-41, Rule-31 CPC and also not considering the material available on record on behalf of the appellants herein as per the judgment of this Court reported in 2002(2) ALT 589 and 2005(3) ALD 813?
2. Whether the Courts below are right in ignoring vital piece of evidence of Ex.A1, Ex.A2 and Ex.A4, which establishes the claim of the appellants for proving their case that they are in possession and enjoyment of the same, which constitutes a substantial question of law as held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the judgment reported in 2000(1) SCC 434?
