                WRIT PETITION No.15192 of 2021

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of respondents 4 and 5 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's land to an extent of 388.88 square yards in Korumitta Sy.No.129/4 of Malapalem Gramakantam, situated at Ambavaram Kothapalli Revenue Village, Chandrasekharapuram Mandal, Prakasam District as without jurisdiction, illegal and void and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner in the in the aforesaid Gramakantam Land hereinafter in view of the reported judgment of this Hon'ble Court in 2020 LawSuit(AP) 196 to secure the ends of justice".

Sri Gade Venkateswara Rao, Learned counsel for the

petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue

appearing for the respondents fairly conceded that the issue

involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order dated

30.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1675 of 2020.

Since the dispute is covered by the order dated

30.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1675 of 2020, this

Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the said order. No costs.

Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in

W.P.No.1675 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020 to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any,

shall stand closed.
