2. This appeal is preferred against granting of interim order dated

08.03.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.5146 of 2021.

3. It is submitted that the writ petition itself has been disposed of by order

dated 18.03.2021. Therefore, there is no surviving cause of action in this

appeal.

4. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Pending

miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
