The present petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners Sharik and Harun @ Kalua with the prayers to set aside the order dated 18.05.2025 in Complaint Case No. 963 of 2024 (Soni Vs. Sarik and others), under Sections 354, 323, 452, 504 IPC, P.S. South Firozabad, District Firozabad passed by CJM, Firozabad and judgment dated 14.11.2025 in Criminal Revision No. 156 of 2025 (Sarik and another Vs. State of U.P. and others) passed by Upper and Session Judge, Court No.10, Firzoabad and with a further prayer to not to adopt any coercive measures against the petitioners in the aforesaid case.

4. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s) to press this petition even in the revised list, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
