2. Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State and perused the material on record.

The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner- Meenakshi, with the prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 18.07.2024 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Amroha in Criminal Revision No. 310 of 2023 (Meenakshi Versus State of U.P. and others) and order dated 25.10.2023 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.)/ Judicial Magistrate, District Amika in Complaint Case No. 175 of 2023 (Meenakshi Versus Prempal Singh and others), JAN 2026 Amroha Dehat, District Amroha, whereby he rejected complaint under Section 203 Cr.P.C. filed by petitioner and / or issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn as he shall seek the appropriate remedy available to him under law.

5. As prayed, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
