1. Heard the counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.
2. It is informed by the counsel for the parties that the parties have settled their dispute amicably by way of compromised deed which has been verified by the trial court and the verification report is on record along with the counter affidavit.
3. In view of the said verification order dated 12.11.2025 and in view of the law as explained in the case of Gian Singh vs. State of Punjab and another; (2012) 10 SCC 303, the entire proceedings of Case No.28567 of 2021 (State Vs. Smt. Usha and others), arising out of Crime No.502/2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station - Gosaiganj, District - Lucknow, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Lucknow are quashed.
4. The application stands allowed.
