1. Heard the counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.
2. It is informed by the counsel for the parties that the parties have settled their dispute amicably by way of compromised deed which has been verified by the trial court and the verification report is on record as Annexure no.SA-2.
3. In view of the said verification and in view of the law as explained in the case of Gian Singh vs. State of Punjab and another; (2012) 10 SCC 303, the entire proceedings of the Sessions Trial No. 216 of 2019 State Vs. Arpit Trivedi & Others, arising out of Case Crime No. 0334 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 376 I.P.C., and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Bihar, District Unnao, pending in the court of Additional Judge (F.T.C) District Unnao are quashed.
4. The application stands allowed.
