1. Heard Shri Sharad Bhatnagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel and perused the material on record.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief(s):-

"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the judgment and order dated 23.02.2011 as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition with consequential directions.

(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. party no.2 to not interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question."

3. Shri Sharad Bhatnagar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter and the present petition may be dismissed as such.

4. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of instructions. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
