1. Heard Sri Premkant, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants, after arguing at some length, submits that the applicants may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to appear before the learned trial court and apply for bail. He further submits that the bail application of the applicants may be considered and decided keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in its judgment, rendered in the case ofSatender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. However, it is provided that if the applicants appear before the learned trial court and apply for bail, their bail application may be considered and decided expeditiously keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in its judgment, rendered in the case of Satendra Kumar Antil (supra), if applicable.
