Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 15.07.2019, registered as Case Crime No. 14 of 2019, under Sections- 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and 13(1)(C) of Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station- E.O.W., Sector, District- Meerut, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

Petitioner has been implicated in this case on the allegation of misappropriation of the public money after eight years of retirement from the post of principal of Madarsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case after eight years of her retirement.

Learned A.G.A submits that investigation is going on regarding the allegation made in the first information report.

For the reasons given in the judgment of this Court dated 10.07.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ petition No. 7463 of 2024 (Shobit Nehra And Another Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others) the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that that till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.,the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioners pursuant to the First Information Report, subject to cooperation in ongoing investigation.
