The reasons indicated in the affidavit filed in support of the application are sufficient.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and delay in filing the review application is hereby condoned.

This is an application for review of the judgment and order dated 10.12.2024 passed by this Court.

Perusal of the grounds as taken in the review application do not indicate any sufficient reason to review the judgment and order dated 10.12.2024 more particularly when the applicant has specifically stated in ground (c) of the writ petition of he being engaged by Gorkha Technomind Pvt. Ltd through out sourcing.

Considering the aforesaid, no ground of review of the judgment and order dated 10.12.2024 is made out. Accordingly, the review application is rejected.
