1. Heard Shri Surya Prakash Sharma, advocate (A/S 0810/2016) holding brief of Ms. Shikha Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioners who are 5 in number and Shri Pradeep Kumar Shahi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3.

The case of the writ petitioners is that they are working in the post of Mali/ Watcher in the office of the Divisional Director, Social Forestry, Forest Department, Deoria continuously since 01.07.2019, however, there are being paid conslidated amount of Rs.5200/- while the counterparts, who are also working with the same duties are being paid Rs.18,000/-.
3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to rely upon the certain judgments of this Court so as to contend that he is entitled to the payment of Rs.18,000/- per month/ minimum of the pay-scale.
4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the issue with the writ petitioner seeks to raise needs determination at the first instance by the second respondent, Divisional Director, Social Forestry, Forest Department, Deoria who shall address the claim of the writ petitioner.
5. Considering the submission of the rival parties as well as the stand taken by them, the writ petition is being disposed off granting liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the second respondent while filing a comprehensive representation along with self-attested copy of the writ petition and the certified copy of the order and on the receipt of the same decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of the order in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties including the private respondents herein subject to the cooperation and any legal impediment.
6. Needless to point out that the Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the case.
7. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
