1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Sandeep Sharma, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2. There is consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ -A No.1401 of 2022 in re: Ramakant Rawat and 4 others vs. State of U.P. and others decided on 25.04.2024.

3. Considering the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is allowed. The order impugned dated 13.03.2024, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the writ petition, is quashed to the extent it denies the petitioners the payment of minimum pay scale.

4. It is provided that the petitioners of the instant case shall also be provided the benefit of the judgment of this Court in the case of Ramakant Rawat (supra).
