Petitioner is a judgment debtor in decree passed by the trial court dated 3rd September, 2001. Since application under Section 47 CPC has been dismissed by the executing court vide order dated 30.5.2022 against which he has filed revision which is registered as revision no. 46 of 2022, the same is pending consideration.

In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid revision no. 46 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties.

It is remain open for the petitioner to move appropriate interim relief application within a period of one month from today, and in the event any such application is moved the same may be disposed of pending final disposal of revision petition within a period of one month.
