Shri Yogesh Awasthi, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent has filed the affidavit in terms of earlier order passed by this Court which is taken on record.

Based upon the affidavit, it is stated that the D.D.C. has already decided the revision vide order dated 16.05.2024 passed in terms of judgment of this Court dated 10.02.2023 and accordingly, the application for recall of order filed along with the application for condonation of delay have now become infructuous.

Taking note of the aforesaid, the application(s) in issue are rejected/deemed having become infructuous.
