With regard to the F.I.R. lodged on 06.01.2024, the petitioner has rushed to this Court with prayer for fair investigation regarding Case Crime No.8 of 2024 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 308 and 326 I.P.C., Police Station Barra, District Kanpur Nagar.

The petition is disposed of with the direction to the Investigating Officer to investigate the matter conclusively and submit a report within a period of 60 days from today. In case, the report is not filed within 60 days, the Investigating Officer shall record reasons for its delay, and the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Magistrate concerned for fair investigation in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. LAWS(SC)-2007-12-69.
